ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed on business days. If you order on a weekend or public holiday, your order will be processed on the next business day.

QUANTITY LIMITS
We reserve the right to limit orders to no more than six units of any item if deemed necessary.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email and an IZU order number as confirmation of your order.

We accept all major credit cards.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns for defective, damaged, incorrect items, proven skin allergy, in accordance with the following return policy:
All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized by Customer Service and require a return authorization number. Contact us at +65 6733 7335 to speak to a Customer Service Representative and receive your return authorization number (if eligible).

You must have purchased the item from us at www.izuskincare.com
The item must be returned to us, in its original packaging, with all accessories, within 7 days of the date
upon which we provided the item to the carrier for delivery to you.
For defective products, the problem must be due to manufacturing defects that caused the item to be of
Non merchantable quality.
For cases of skin allergy, you must produce a medical certificate from a qualified dermatologist stating that
your skin allergy is caused by the use of our products.
For defective or damaged products, we will try to replace the same item but if it is not available, customer
may opt to replace with another product of the same value or receive a refund.
Your refund will be in the form of payment used for the purchase.
   The amount refunded will be the purchase price paid by you for the returned item (which reflects the
   amount of any discounts, promotions or coupons that you received), including sales tax charged with
   respect to the item.
   Credits will be issued after we receive, inspect and process your return. Please allow time for the returned
   item to be delivered to us, for us to inspect and process the return, and for the credit card issuer to credit
   your account. Your credit card company determines when the credit will be reflected in   your statement. It
   may take one full billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.

True Colours does NOT share inventory with any physical stores. Therefore, if you purchased an item(s) in a retail store, you must return your item(s) to the original counter/store.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Standard local shipping/delivery : within 5 to 10 business days

We will make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible. Currently, you can only ship your online order to one location. If you require shipping to multiple addresses, please break your item into separate online orders. We do not accept P.O. Box as a delivery address. We may require signature on all deliveries.

For overseas delivery, we will generally deliver to you by air, unless otherwise stated. Once your order is submitted to us, we will revert with delivery charges relevant to your destination and mode of shipment for your order confirmation

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If for any reason an item that you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified immediately. You will have the option to cancel the order or to exchange for a different merchandise. If the newly selected merchandise is of a highly value, customer agrees to pay the difference in price.

PRODUCT PRICING
All prices displayed at this website are expressed in Singapore Dollars.

We make every effort to maintain prices, although it may be necessary to change prices from time to time. We will confirm any changes with you by email, fax, telephone or by your order confirmation document.

ALL PRICES ON THIS WEBSITE APPLY TO ON-LINE PURCHASES ONLY AND WILL NOT BE MATCHED AT ANY IZU RETAIL LOCATION.
